Our services
Recycling innovation, end to end.
From the street to the reactor, we capture value at every stage of the plastic lifecycle.
01 · Mechanical recycling
Plastic reborn as raw material
Our mechanical line transforms recyclable plastics into clean, consistent pellets that manufacturers use to make new products.
- Sorting by polymer type and colour
- Washing to remove dirt and labels
- Shredding into uniform flakes
- Melting and extruding into pellets
- Supplying reusable plastic for manufacturing
02 · Chemical recycling
Pyrolysis: turning plastic into fuel
For plastics that can't be mechanically recycled, pyrolysis heats waste in an oxygen-free reactor, breaking it down into pyrolysis oil, a clean green fuel.
- Advanced thermal pyrolysis technology
- Conversion of mixed plastic to liquid fuel
- Reduced reliance on virgin fossil fuels
- Diverts low-value plastic from landfill
03 · Environmental cleanup
Restoring the places we live
We mobilise communities and waste pickers to clean the environments most affected by plastic pollution.
- Beach cleanups
- Drain cleaning to prevent flooding
- Community partnerships with local leaders
- Waste picker training, gear and fair pay
