Empowering Waste Pickers: The People Behind Recycling

Across the world, informal waste pickers recover a large share of the plastic that gets recycled, often with little recognition, protective equipment or stable income.

At ECOPLASOIL we work directly with waste pickers and local communities: providing fair prices for collected plastic, safety gear, and organised cleanups of beaches, drains and streets.

When collectors earn a dependable income, more plastic is recovered, and neighbourhoods become cleaner and healthier.
